The solution is to change the driver of "CSR BlueCore Nanosira" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" back to the generic Bluetooth driver or roll it back to your previous driver.

step:

1. Open device manager
• Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Click Device Manager. One of the following occurs:
• If you are logged on as the built-in Administrator account, Device Manager opens.
• If you are logged on as a user that is a member of the Administrators group, then the User Account Control dialog box appears, and you must click Continue to open Device Manager.
• If you are logged on as a standard user, a message appears indicating that you cannot make any changes to the devices. Click OK to open Device Manager in read-only mode.
2. Navigate to Universal Serial Bus controllers and extend it
3. Right click on "CSR BlueCore Nanosira" and select "Update Driver Software"
4. Select "Browse my computer for driver software"
5. Select "Let me pick form a list of device drivers on my computer"
6. selected "Generic Bluetooth Radio" from the list and clicked ok
